SBI Floor Coordinator – Job Description Job Role: An SBI Floor Coordinator is responsible for assisting customers inside the bank branch and ensuring smooth day-to-day branch operations. Key Responsibilities: • Guide customers visiting the branch and address basic queries • Manage customer flow and token system • Assist customers with account opening, KYC, and form filling • Direct customers to the appropriate counter or department • Provide basic information about banking services and products • Coordinate between branch staff and customers • Maintain basic records and daily reports
