Job Summary
The Assistant Manager is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, acquiring new customers, managing banking relationships, promoting financial products, and supporting branch operations while achieving business and sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Acquire new Savings & Current Account (CASA) customers.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Promote Banking Products such as Personal Loans, Home Loans, Credit Cards, Insurance, Fixed Deposits, and Investment Products.
Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable banking solutions.
Handle customer queries and ensure excellent customer service.
Perform KYC verification and maintain regulatory compliance.
Support day-to-day branch operations and documentation.
Cross-sell banking and financial products to existing customers.
Achieve monthly business and sales targets.
Coordinate with branch teams to improve operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with Axis Bank policies and RBI guidelines.
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
