Job Summary

JobDesirve is hiring energetic and confident BPO Telecallers for its Banking Process. The candidate will be responsible for calling prospective customers, explaining banking programs, generating quality leads, scheduling follow-ups, and assisting candidates throughout the registration process.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to interested candidates.

• Explain banking job opportunities and training programs.

• Generate quality leads through telecalling.

• Follow up with interested candidates.

• Convince candidates to register for banking programs.

• Update CRM with accurate call status and remarks.

• Maintain daily call targets and lead conversion.

• Coordinate with the counselling team for admissions.

• Build positive relationships with candidates.

• Maintain call quality and professionalism.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

• Freshers & Experienced both can apply.

• Good Hindi Communication Skills.

• Basic English understanding preferred.

• Basic Computer Knowledge.

• Positive attitude and convincing skills.
