The Kotak NextGen Bankers 2.0 Program is a premium Banking Training & Placement Program offered by Kotak Mahindra Bank in association with UNext Manipal Academy of BFSI (MAHE).

This Direct Entry Program is designed to prepare young graduates for leadership roles in Relationship Banking. During the program, candidates are engaged under the Apprentices Act, 1961, receiving structured training, a monthly stipend, and additional employee benefits while learning.

Upon successful completion, candidates are appointed as Deputy Manager (M2 Grade) at Kotak Mahindra Bank.

Training Journey

Stage 1 – Classroom Training

• Duration: 4 Months

• Location: Manipal Academy of BFSI, Bengaluru

• Full-Time Residential Training

Stage 2 – Internship

• Duration: 2 Months

• Posting: Any Kotak Mahindra Bank Branch/Office across India

Stage 3 – On-the-Job Training

• Duration: 6 Months

• Live Banking Experience

• Branch/Office Posting Across India
